Please read the following requirements/restrictions for using JGD SiteEditor
JGD SiteEditor is a web page editor that allows you to update the content of your website from any web browser - without installing any software or making changes to your existing web pages.
If your website pages end with the extentions .htm, .html or .shtml then JGD Site Editor CAN be used to edit your current website.
For the technically minded
JGD SiteEditor downloads (ftp_get) a copy of the intended page to edit to our website.. the user then edits their page on our website and when saved.. it is publised via ftp back to their website. In that saving process on our website the editor can only handle or parse HTML files and thus files like include files can be incorrectly parsed.. rendering the website broken.
DO NOT use JGD SiteEditor for dynamic websites, e.g files with extentions like php, asp, aspx, cfm and the like. The only server-side code that can be used are shtml includes.
Please contact us if you are unsure.
